<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Hello again. I am not going to do the whole "I'm sorry I haven't posted in a while, I've been super busy" spiel as the truth is I have just been off enjoying some quiet time with my family an friends and neglected my blog - Slap on the wrists for Rosie!</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Today I am bringing you the low down on the famous Crest Teeth Whitening Strips. Everyone is always asking about my teeth and how I keep them so white. I have used a few different types of whitening treatments now, so here are my thoughts on the Crest strips.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-MiiXZYLUABM/V0NGek9XAiI/AAAAAAAABvg/V7aXpa20ltwU6paPBuN6ZWg4z4tbopi8wCLcB/s1600/IMG_2576.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="212" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-MiiXZYLUABM/V0NGek9XAiI/AAAAAAAABvg/V7aXpa20ltwU6paPBuN6ZWg4z4tbopi8wCLcB/s320/IMG_2576.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
I first heard about these a few years ago now when people started to pick them up in the US and bring them home to Ireland as they were not available here. A lot of people have raved about them so when I was asked to try them out I jumped at the chance.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
They come in a box of 14 treatments (28 strips, top and bottom) and are in a tiny packet so easy to bring travelling or throw in your handbag.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
It is recommended to use them for 30 minutes each day to see the best results. I found that putting them on while I did my make up in the morning was perfect as the 30 minutes flew by.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-QZ5bHUBkKak/V0NGe_eQkaI/AAAAAAAABvo/fbmnIHne0lAFf_HOITfrzZ6kPZFIZfrLQCLcB/s1600/IMG_2578.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="212" src="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-QZ5bHUBkKak/V0NGe_eQkaI/AAAAAAAABvo/fbmnIHne0lAFf_HOITfrzZ6kPZFIZfrLQCLcB/s320/IMG_2578.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
The one thing I found great about these above other teeth whitening options was the taste, or lack of. Some whiteners taste awful but these are very easy to manage for half an hour. They apply the teeth like a selotape strip and stay but for the full treatment time, making it easy to talk and even have a drink of water (I tried just to experiment!) After the 30 mins, you peel off the top and bottom strip and then proceed to brush your teeth as normal to get rid of the remaining product.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-fMz6YA55qo8/V0NGdP9tv6I/AAAAAAAABvc/E2A5oBx6gv8NIt7b2CS1z_OPT6-hu8qFQCLcB/s1600/IMG_2573.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="212" src="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-fMz6YA55qo8/V0NGdP9tv6I/AAAAAAAABvc/E2A5oBx6gv8NIt7b2CS1z_OPT6-hu8qFQCLcB/s320/IMG_2573.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
I noticed a instant difference after one use, but bare in mind that my teeth are quite bright anyway, so your level of whitening will depend on the starting colour of your teeth. There is definitely an instant effect and people have asked me what I am using on my teeth as they can see a considerable difference.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
My only fault with the Crest Whitening Strips is the sensitivity I have developed. It is not extreme at all, but I have definitely noticed a little sensitivity to cold drinks directly after using them, however this does disappear after a few hours.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Overall, I am very impressed. If you are looking for fast results then these are your guys. If you suffer from sensitive teeth anyway, I would use these strips with caution.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
A box of 28 strips can be purchased from <a href="http://www.beautymatters.ie/teeth-whitening/teeth-whitening-treatments/crest-luxe-glamourous-white.html">www.BeautyMatters.ie</a> and cost €69.95.</div>

<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Hello again, </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
I hope you all had a lovely (rainy) weekend. I am back today with my top 5 foundations. I always find that many of the ladies who attend my masterclasses always have the same problem; they can't seem to find the "PERFECT" foundation. It seems like most of us are always in search of something better when it comes to our base and that although we might like our current foundation, there is always something that it is missing. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
My biggest tip for anyone in search of the perfect foundation is to remember that your skin changes regularly, so what might have been working for you for the past few months, may all of a sudden not sit right on the skin and you may feel like you're back on the hunt for 'the one' again. This is why when I am asked what my favourite foundation is, I cannot give just one. I have compiled a list of my top 5 below, some old faves and some new to my collection. I change up my foundation depending on the condition of my skin at the time. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-lmUsiKfyYoI/VwvALmAjJnI/AAAAAAAABu8/0mVvAdSemNoD7lVkYe1FAS5oSy8_oWTUA/s1600/IMG_2510.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="424" src="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-lmUsiKfyYoI/VwvALmAjJnI/AAAAAAAABu8/0mVvAdSemNoD7lVkYe1FAS5oSy8_oWTUA/s640/IMG_2510.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<b>1. Yves Saint Laurent Touche Éclat Le Teint</b></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
I think we are all familiar with the old classic Touche Éclat concealer and brightener from YSL so when this foundation launched I had high hopes for it. This is a foundation that I use on my skin when it is feeling a little flat and lacking that glow to it. It applies to the face beautifully, feeling lightweight and blending very easily. I would say this is a light coverage but can be built up to a medium coverage if needs be. For my skin, I would still need a good concealer to cover any acne scarring or breakouts and also under eye dark circles. I love using this as my daytime foundation as my skin still looks like skin (as opposed to a heavy layer of flawless coverage) It gives the skin a radiant glow without being shiny or oily looking. My only tip would be to stay away from this one if you have very oily skin. It comes in 17 shades and I wear BR20 on no false tan days, and B40 when I am wearing tan. You can pick this up from your nearest YSL counter. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-rRET0157roM/VwvAL4BN7aI/AAAAAAAABu0/i0FLrQCR4YUb7HPaYU4JO4U9NVDCDGT7A/s1600/IMG_2529.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="424" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-rRET0157roM/VwvAL4BN7aI/AAAAAAAABu0/i0FLrQCR4YUb7HPaYU4JO4U9NVDCDGT7A/s640/IMG_2529.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<b>2. Chanel Vitalumière Aqua </b></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
I first tried the Chanel Vitalumière Aqua foundation a few years ago now. I was desperate to embrace the more subtle, natural coverage of an "aqua" foundation, but unfortunately at the time my acne was pretty bad, so this lightweight foundation did nothing for me. However, since my skin has cleared up, this foundation has been a staple in my makeup collection. It has a light coverage that disappears into the skin. I find the best way to apply this is with your hands as it has a very liquid texture to it. A little goes a long way too, so each bottle lasts me a few months. I only ever wear this during the day when I want a minimal make up look. You will not get great coverage from this, however it leaves a beautiful satin finish to the skin. Unlike the YSL above, this one is for the opposite skin type, so if you have normal to oily skin, this is ideal. If you have dehydrated or dry skin, unfortunately it will sit into the creases and cause a flakey look to the skin. My skin type changes regularly, so when it is clear and hydrated, this is the one I go to for daytime. It also carries an SPF of 15 too. One last top tip with this one - apply a good moisturiser before applying. I wear shade 30 Beige and it is available from your nearest Chanel counter.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-jnWYGAelalY/VwvAMm0tH3I/AAAAAAAABvE/DtuGK5_0oUk1U5dKIKQUeePNU6N_CqR1g/s1600/IMG_2556.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="424" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-jnWYGAelalY/VwvAMm0tH3I/AAAAAAAABvE/DtuGK5_0oUk1U5dKIKQUeePNU6N_CqR1g/s640/IMG_2556.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<b><br /></b></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<b>3. L'oreal True Match</b></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<b><br /></b></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
I guess if you are makeup mad like myself, then you have probably heard all there is to know about this foundation by now. Considering that it costs just under €15, you certainly get more than you pay for from it. I know there have been split views on this one, but for me, I adore it. It is very similar to my most recent purchase, the Armani Luminous Silk foundation, but for a fraction of the price. There is a huge shade range to chose from so you are bound to find your true match!! This foundation is definitely a medium coverage at least. I need very little concealer with it, but it also feels light on the skin. I do not necessarily get a 'glow' from it so it definitely needs some added illuminator, but sure who cares when you love a highlighter as much as I do?! It lasts very well on the skin too, without the need for many touch ups. I think this will suit anyone with normal to combination skin. I currently wear D3/W3 shade, and you can get your hands on this from Boots or your local pharmacy. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-cFXb8zGf5v0/VwvAMSw1PCI/AAAAAAAABvA/f8UAHlG1wocKLMwBGHCxbNa-dVMrmbJwg/s1600/IMG_2554.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="424" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-cFXb8zGf5v0/VwvAMSw1PCI/AAAAAAAABvA/f8UAHlG1wocKLMwBGHCxbNa-dVMrmbJwg/s640/IMG_2554.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<b>4. Stila Stay All Day </b></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
If you have been following me for a while, then you will know this would probably stand out as my most loved foundation. Whenever I post a very flawless, full coverage make up look, this is the one I am most likely wearing. I wear it for photoshoots, nights out, or if I know my make up needs to be applied at 7am and has to last until the evening. I fell in love with this after using it at my first makeup masterclass for Stila last year, and I just can't go without it. It is a medium to full coverage foundation and is the heaviest one in my kit. At first I was a little scared of just how thick it was (it comes with a spatula instead of a pump) but it doesn't feel heavy on the skin at all. It blends easily and doesn't set as quickly as other full coverage foundations, allowing you time to work it into the skin. This covers all of my acne scars with ease, so the only place I have to apply the concealer (hidden in the lid) is under my eyes to cover the sleepless nights with a teething toddler. It dries to a matte finish so I always add a highlighter to the skin. The best thing about this is how long it lasts. I have applied this at 7am some mornings for a busy day of shoots etc and by bedtime it has barely budged, except for around my mouth from eating. If you like a very flawless, high coverage look then I suggest you try a sample of this. I wear shade 7 Buff and you can pick this up from Harvey Nichols Dundrum or Marks and Spencers on Mary Street Dublin. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<b><br /></b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-toa6xACX5MA/VwvAL7ERPpI/AAAAAAAABu4/4qIKNCx_PY4ZB0ZkVnEAxGbjzfTFmPKtg/s1600/IMG_2549.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="424" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-toa6xACX5MA/VwvAL7ERPpI/AAAAAAAABu4/4qIKNCx_PY4ZB0ZkVnEAxGbjzfTFmPKtg/s640/IMG_2549.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<b><br /></b></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<b>5. Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk </b></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
One of the newest editions to my ever growing makeup collection is the famous Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk foundation. I honestly was happy with the 4 above, but felt compelled to give this a try to see what all the hype was about. I have been using it for about 2/3 weeks now and so far so good. I would put this somewhere in the range of a medium coverage, although it can certainly be worn as a lighter coverage as a small amount is very easy to blend and will give a more natural, sheer coverage. However, if you want something that can take you from daytime wear to full on glam nights out then this is your man. If you take the time to build this up, you can create a flawless coverage that will photograph beautifully in the evening (no SPF means no 'white face' camera flash back disasters!) This is suited to normal or oily/combination skin. I find if I have any dry patches it can cling to them so for anyone with very dry skin I would steer clear of this one, or make sure to apply lots of moisturiser before applying the foundation. I wear shade 4.5 and you can pick this up from the Giorgio Armani Counter in Brown Thomas. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
I hope this answers some of your questions regarding my make up base that I usually wear. I am still testing out the Nars Sheer Glow foundation and will report back to you all once I have made my mind up on it. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Have a lovely week everyone, </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Lots of Love,</div>

The quality of the iPhone camera has improved dramatically, and with a little editing from some of my favourite apps, you can have your photos looking just as good as those taken with a premium brand camera. <div>
<br></div><div>I have put together my top 5 apps below- </div><div><br></div><div>1. Snapseed </div><div><br></div><div>This app is amazing for all kinds of editing as it has a lot of features within it. You can brighten backgrounds, sharpen the image, saturate, contrast etc. The reason I love this app in particular is that you can select certain areas of the picture to edit separately. This means that you can edit a background to be black and white and keep the main focus of the image in colour for example. I use this to brighten backgrounds to create a cooler, whiter background in some pictures. You can also smooth out lines or whiten eyes with this one, but in general, I use this for editing the backgrounds of my images. </div><div><br></div><div>2. Perfect365 </div><div><br></div><div>This is similar to Facetune as it detects your face in the image and allows you to edit many parts of the face. I tend to whiten the whites of my eyes to make them pop, along with smoothing out the skin if I have any blemishes/spots. You can also do a full face of make up with this app which I find incredible. If you take a picture with no make up on, after using this app it can look like you've spent an hour doing your make up. Personally, I don't use anything other than the smoothing, eye whitening and sometimes teeth whitening with this app but there are plenty of things to explore within this one. </div><div><br></div><div>3. Relook </div><div><br></div><div>This app is similar to Snapseed in that it has lots of options to edit the full images, as well as image filters similar to Instagram, but with a lot more choice. The main feature I use within this app is the clarity function. I like to use this over the eyes to make your lashes pop, and also over the brows and lips. Sometimes when you edit an image you can lose the definition and the clarity function brings sharpness back to the image. There are lovely filters within this app too which you can adjust depending on how strong you would like the filter applied. </div><div><br></div><div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-YZ8bZHOHkuw/VufKjmvG35I/AAAAAAAABuE/w-GaKBaZu4Q/s640/blogger-image-1459402086.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-YZ8bZHOHkuw/VufKjmvG35I/AAAAAAAABuE/w-GaKBaZu4Q/s640/blogger-image-1459402086.jpg"></a></div><br></div><div>4. Diptic </div><div><br></div><div>This app is for adding a few images together to make a collage that will be the perfect square size for Instagram. You can choose from dozens of formations and pop your favourite images straight into them. You can also adjust the borders or boundaries too so that the shape of the images is unique for each finished look. This one is pretty straight forward but I find myself using this every week. I love it for putting together collages of Harry's photos. You can also flip the images, so this is how I create the "mirrored" effect on some of my outfit posts. All you need to do is add the same image to a split screen template and flip one of the images them around. </div><div><br></div><div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-XMOQmg4t2KI/VufKoH67t5I/AAAAAAAABuQ/YMHmx6Py1Fg/s640/blogger-image--985142049.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-XMOQmg4t2KI/VufKoH67t5I/AAAAAAAABuQ/YMHmx6Py1Fg/s640/blogger-image--985142049.jpg"></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-ANk-OO2G2CY/VufKlGylcXI/AAAAAAAABuI/ucVouQSoTBY/s640/blogger-image-263033127.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-ANk-OO2G2CY/VufKlGylcXI/AAAAAAAABuI/ucVouQSoTBY/s640/blogger-image-263033127.jpg"></a></div><br></div><div><br></div><div>5. Instazz </div><div><br></div><div>Lastly, this app has many features like the ones mentioned above, however I only ever use this app to add blurred out sides to an image. If my image is not taken in the square format then I sometimes upload it to this app, where it gives you the white border on each side. I then change the border to the blurred effect and adjust how clear I want the edges. Really easy to use, and I'm sure there are a tonne of similar features in here too, but the blurring effect is why I turn to this app. </div><div><br></div><div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-h1vxq5YYcj0/VufKm9ke4mI/AAAAAAAABuM/ivjP1UbKkYM/s640/blogger-image-2039765815.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-h1vxq5YYcj0/VufKm9ke4mI/AAAAAAAABuM/ivjP1UbKkYM/s640/blogger-image-2039765815.jpg"></a></div><br></div><div>These are some of my favourite editing apps. If you have any other apps that you love and I should check out, please let me know in the comments section below. </div><div><br></div><div>I think the key to editing is not to overdo it, which can be hard when with just a touch of a button, you can change any feature about yourself. I try to just enhance the features that I already have, as we all know Instagtam is mostly about pretty images. I don't think there is anything wrong with editing your images once you still look like the same person at the end of it! I was definitely an avid user of the smoothing function before, and my skin ended up looking plastic in some photos. I guess when suffering from acne, this helped me to remove the blemishes I didn't like on my skin, but now I just like to edit a little more subtly and enhance what I have instead of hiding it. My last tip... If you can take a picture in natural day light, do! It's the best filter for any image. </div><div><br></div><div>Until next time, </div><div><br></div><div>Rosie X </div><div><br></div><div><br></div>

<a href="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-JsCz05GZMso/Vt8htRU47ZI/AAAAAAAABt0/cClo9zbuLjQ/s1600/plumping-line.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="233" src="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-JsCz05GZMso/Vt8htRU47ZI/AAAAAAAABt0/cClo9zbuLjQ/s400/plumping-line.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
I promised you all that I would share what I had been using for a few weeks now to try and thicken up my hair, so here it is!<br />
<div>
I have always had very fine hair since I was a kid, and with years of styling and hair extensions behind me, I am always trying to find something that will help my thin hair and make it feel and look fuller. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
I have been using the Kevin Murphy range for a few months as it is the brand that my hairdressers use on me each time I'm in the salon. I have been loving the Blonde Angel range from Kevin Murphy for keeping my blonde colour from going brassy and keeping the blonde a nice cool shade. I use it once a week on my hair and hair extensions. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<a href="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-ZwX88Sf001s/Vt8fnFEPQPI/AAAAAAAABtk/v8qdg5Y0ne8/s640/blogger-image--402421163.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-ZwX88Sf001s/Vt8fnFEPQPI/AAAAAAAABtk/v8qdg5Y0ne8/s400/blogger-image--402421163.jpg" width="400" /></a>Today's post is not about that product though, as I have found a really great range of plumping products from Kevin Murphy which have been making a noticeable difference to my hair condition. It's called the Plumping Wash and Plumping Rinse along with a Body Mass treatment spray. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
I have been washing my hair with these products every second day (I know, I probably wash my hair too often but my hair gets greasy very quickly and I just love the feeling of fresh hair!) and I have really noticed a difference to how full my hair looks once it's styled. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
I wash it once with the shampoo, then apply my conditioner for about 3/4 minutes while I wash myself in the shower. I rinse that off and once my hair is towel dried I apply the Body Mass spray all over from root to tip. It smells lovely and doesn't leave any product build up in the hair at all. My hair feels bouncy and full once it's been blow dried. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
I was always someone who bounced from brand to brand when it came to hair care and never stayed loyal to one range of products but I'm already on to my second shampoo and conditioner. I also love that it is paraben free which means it is suitable to use on hair extensions and won't ruin your bonds. However, I never apply conditioner to the bonds out of habit, and always use conditioner just in the ends of my hair.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-17k5ey23r0E/Vt8fpuEoa2I/AAAAAAAABto/3B0vXwrKrh0/s640/blogger-image--1519391180.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-17k5ey23r0E/Vt8fpuEoa2I/AAAAAAAABto/3B0vXwrKrh0/s400/blogger-image--1519391180.jpg" width="303" /></a></div>
<br />
A little goes a very long way with these products, so each bottle should last you a few weeks depending on your hair length.<br />
<br />
The range are stocked in a number of hair salons so to find your nearest stockist, please go to the Kevin Murphy Facebook page <a href="https://www.facebook.com/loveKMIreland/">here</a><br />
<br />
Another little gem that I highly recommend for thin hair is the Viviscal range of supplements. I have taken these a few times when my hair has been damaged and I definitely saw a difference in hair growth over a three month course. They can be purchased in most pharmacies and also Boots.<br />
<br />
Here's to fuller, thicker hair!<br />

I know what you're thinking...A recipe, on my blog! Coming from someone who admittedly cannot cook, I promise this is just for those who asked me for this yummy Chicken Bang Bang recipe when I cooked it last week, and not a new feature for my blog. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
I am not the best when it comes to cooking but I can follow a recipe and this one is fool proof. My Mum cut it from a magazine recently and sent it on to myself and my two sisters, who are also loving it. It was on a little scrap of paper so I promised I would rewrite it here for anyone who wants to try it. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Here's what you'll need - </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
- 1 tablespoon vegetable or sunflower oil</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
- 1 large onion, peeled and roughly chopped (I leave this out as Paul hates onions!)</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
- 2.5cm (1in) piece of root ginger, peeled and finely grated</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
- 2 large green chillies, deseeded (optional) and finely chopped</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
- 15g (1/2oz) coriander, leaves picked and stalks roughly chopped</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
- 2 tablespoons garam masala</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
- 400ml coconut milk </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
- 150ml chicken stock</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
- 450g skinless, boneless chicken thighs cut into 2.5cm (1on) cubes - I just use regular chicken breasts</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
- 75g green beans, trimmed and halfed</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
- Lime wedges, boiled rice and naan bread to serve. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Method - </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Pour the vegetable or sunflower oil into a large saucepan. Add the roughly chopped onion and crushed garlic and fry on a gentle heat for 6-8 minutes until soft but not browned. Add the finely grated ginger, and finely chopped chillies, the roughly chipped coriander stalks, the garam masala and fry for a further 1-2 minutes. Pour in the coconut milk and the chicken stock, and bring slowly to the boil. Add the cubes of chicken and season with a little salt and pepper. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Reduce the heat and simmer, covered with a lid, for 30 minutes. Remove the lip and simmer for a further 15 minutes, adding the green beans for the last five minutes of cooking, by which time the chicken should be completely cooked and the sauce thickened. Remove from the heat and stir in the coriander leaves. Serve at once with the lime wedges and some boiled rice and naan bread. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
If I can cook this recipe, anyone can. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Enjoy, </div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue light" , , "helvetica" , "arial" , sans-serif;">Hi everyone, I hope you're all wrapped up somewhere warm away from the snow today! I adore the snow but only when I can curl up at the fire and watch it from a warm house! </span></div>
</div>
<div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Today I am back to share with you all my latest eyebrow find. As many of you know, I have been using the Anastasia Beverly Hills DipBrow Pomade in shade Blonde for about a year now and never found anything that matched up in terms of consistency, staying power and colour. </div>
</div>
<div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The ashy tone to the ABH one was something I loved and until recently, couldn't find a match for. </div>
</div>
<div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
A couple of weeks ago I was sent out some products from Cailyn Cosmetics to try out. I had heard of the brand from other bloggers but had never tried it out myself. They were fast becoming famous for their O! WOW brush which I had heard lots about. I did try it out, and although the quality out of the brush is amazing, I am not the biggest fan of this style of brush. I prefer a large buffing brush to blend in my foundation and find these brushes hard to hold in my hand! </div>
</div>
<div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
However, they also sent me out their Gelux Eyebrow to try in shade "hazelnut" </div>
</div>
<div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The name threw me a little as I thought it was going to be too dark for me but it was exactly like my ABH favourite in colour. I<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue light" , , "helvetica" , "arial" , sans-serif;">t has a very ashy/grey tone to it which is perfect for blondes and matched my natural hair colour perfectly. </span></div>

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue light" , , "helvetica" , "arial" , sans-serif;">
</span></div>
<div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue light" , , "helvetica" , "arial" , sans-serif;">I also loved that it came with its own applicator in the handle part of the product, meaning I can bring my brows with me everywhere!! It is also waterproof and sweat proof so your brows won't be sliding off your face at the gym! I have been using it every day for a few weeks now and love it. In terms of consistency, I think the ABH one is a little creamier so I sometimes add some Inglot Duraline to my Cailyn Gelux to soften it up slightly but it definitely gets a thumbs up from me. </span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue light" , , "helvetica" , "arial" , sans-serif;">I ran out of my ABH and now won't need to repurchase as this one is the perfect match for it. You can pick it up for €19.99 from <a href="http://www.cailynireland.ie/">www.CailynIreland.ie</a> and it comes in various shades to suit all skin tones. </span></div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-0o-j144fiQY/VsRrthop_zI/AAAAAAAABs0/PuTOoNaoI0c/s1600/helenkeller120988.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="227" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-0o-j144fiQY/VsRrthop_zI/AAAAAAAABs0/PuTOoNaoI0c/s400/helenkeller120988.jpg" width="400"></a></div>
<br>
<br>
I am back today with something different, and have put together my tips on how I manage to stay positive in what can sometimes be a negative world. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
For many years I have been a worrier, an over thinker, and have suffered from anxiety on and off for almost 8 years. I have spent most of that time trying to figure out ways to keep my mind positive and to focus on what calms me and makes me happy. I am constantly learning and growing, and I can definitely say that I can allow myself to get very down and negative at times without even realising it. I can get sucked into other peoples negative vibes and in turn, I begin to view my own life in a negative way too. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I have put together my top 5 tips that help me to snap out of my negative mindset and begin to focus on the good things in life - </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>1 - Out Of Sight, Out Of Mind </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><br></b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I remember asking a friend of mine last summer how she managed to keep herself so positive in a certain situation she was dealing with and her answer? - Out of sight, out of mind. At the time I didn't really think about what that actually meant. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
If you go looking for negativity, or allow yourself to be in the presence of something or someone that upsets you, makes you anxious or gives you negative feelings, you will in turn be affected by that. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
What you don't hear/see won't hurt you, and in my line of work, this is proving so true. I used to find myself scrolling through social media and reading other peoples rants and moans about life or watching endless snapchat stories of strangers giving out about this, that and the other. I never put my phone down afterwards and felt good. I always felt negative and frankly a bit miserable, just like the person who had created the content. I began to unfollow people that made me feel this way, and I have been blown away by how much more positive and happy I feel. Any time I click into social media, I am now surrounded by people that make me smile, laugh and generally give me good positive energy. Its all a choice. You choose what you read, who you spend time with, who you allow to impact your mood. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
This is also true in real life. I am a firm believer in less is more when it comes to friends. I have a small handful of close friends who I love dearly and bring so much happiness and positivity into my life. They say you are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with, so be sure to choose them wisely. Life is too short to surround yourself with bad energy.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>2 - Make A Conscious Choice </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><br></b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
This one can be a little annoying to hear at first. I remember reading somewhere that if you choose to be happy and positive first thing in the morning, it will help you stay that way for the day. Some days, no matter how much I tell myself to remain positive, it is just impossible, however it does make you aware of your thoughts and allows you a chance to try and alter any negative ones that might be creeping in. Having been practicing this one for a few months now, it definitely has helped me to be more mindful and in tune with my head. Being aware of each thought that enters your head allows you to filter out the bad ones. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>3 - Have Someone Keep You In Check </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><br></b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
We all need to be given a kick up the arse sometimes, and having someone who is there to call you out on your negativity can be enough to change your mindset. I find I can just wake up grumpy and for the entire day I view every task that is thrown at me in a negative way. Most of the time I don't even know I am doing it. It is only when my partner pulls me up on it that I reflect and think "ok Rosie, cop on and drop the negative and snappy mood".</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I tend to pass off my negative days as 'hormonal' days but thats very rarely the case. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I do the same for Paul when he begins to get stressed and grumpy. Sometimes all it takes is for someone to call you out on it for you to change your thought process. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>4 - Meditation </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><br></b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Back when I began having panic attacks after my Dad passed away in 2008, I was advised to try meditation and mindfulness. There are so many ways in which you can practice mindfulness and mediation but the one that has worked consistently for me is YouTube videos before bed. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I find my mind is at its busiest just as I settle down to go asleep, so this is when I need the most help in calming my thoughts. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Every night since my pregnancy with Harry I have gone to sleep using YouTube guided meditations and guided talks regarding positivity and calming your mind. My recent favourite is a YouTube channel called <a href="https://www.youtube.com/user/ActualizedOrg">Actualised.org</a> </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Paul came across it one night, and we have both been listening since. There are so many videos on motivation, meditation, staying positive, being productive. I fall asleep listening to these most nights and find it helps to keep my mind clear and happy. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>5 - Reflection </b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><br></b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
This is something I have only learnt recently. Any time I am faced with a stressful situation, or something that has me sick with worry, I like to sit down and think about the last time I felt this way and how I SURVIVED!! We tend to be quick to forget how great we are at overcoming difficulties in our lives, but sometimes just reflecting on how far you have come and all that you have managed to deal with in your life can be the wake up call you need to remind yourself that you are strong enough to cope and to kickstart those positive thoughts again. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
These are just my tips on how I personally stay positive in my day to day life, and may not work for everyone. Also, please be aware that I too have bad days where NONE of the above work, and on those days, I just chose to be kind to myself and allow myself to feel whatever way I do that day, be it positive or negative. </div>

Ever since Harry has become more mobile and more of a handful, I have found I have less and less time to apply my make up in the morning. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
When he was very young he would nap for hours on end, leaving me lots of time to apply my favourite products and experiment with make up. Nowadays, if I get 20 minutes to myself in the morning I am doing well, so I have changed my everyday make up accordingly. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Some people question why I tend to wear the same style of make up most days, but until you have a baby, you probably won't understand how limited your time becomes. During Harry's one hour morning nap I have to shower, get dressed, put on some washing and throw on my make up for the day. So, as you can imagine, liquid eyeliner and bold lips just have to wait!</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br></div><div style="text-align: center;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-dtx91vEX7ns/Vrie6L1cMQI/AAAAAAAABsg/UXoXW34wzf0/s640/blogger-image--23268021.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-dtx91vEX7ns/Vrie6L1cMQI/AAAAAAAABsg/UXoXW34wzf0/s640/blogger-image--23268021.jpg"></a></div><br></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I have listed below the products I wear almost everyday. Bare in mind, I am sent lots of lovely products to try so some items may differ from time to time. However, these are the products I go back to over and over. </div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
<br></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
So as boring as some of you may find it, that's my everyday make up routine. It is something I get asked about alot form other Mums who are limited with their time each morning so I hope this helps. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Have a lovely Monday and I will chat to you all soon,</div>

Lots of Love,</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both;">
There is something about the prospects of a new year that really makes me reflect on the highs and lows of the past 12 months. I always start out the year with goals and picture all the things I would love to happen over the coming year, but I had no idea just how incredible 2015 was going to turn out to be. </div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
This day last year, I was snuggled up in my parents house with my 13 day old baby son and my boyfriend. Fast forward 12 months, and I am sat in our new home with my beautiful, funny and chubby little one year old son and my fiancee! I honestly did not expect to be at this point in my life so quickly.<br />
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">

<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
In the space of 12 months, I have managed to move out of my family home for the first time into our apartment, and then move on to our amazing new house!! I quit my job in May and decided to take the risky move of making my blog a full time career and devote my time to being at home as much as possible to raise our son Harry. When I took the plunge regarding my career, I had no idea things were going to blow up as much as they have.<br />
<br /></div>

</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I began 2015 with just under 15,000 followers on my Instagram account, and am now entering 2016 with nearly 76,000 followers....that number blows my mind! That is not including the rest of my social media channels or my blog itself.<br />

<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I did things this year that I never in a million years thought would be possible. I signed with the biggest modelling agency in the country, Andrea Roche Modelling Agency, I began hosting my very own makeup and beauty masterclasses in front of hundreds of lovely followers. I have worked on many TV projects, worked with some HUGE brand names and have met so many incredible faces, some of whom I have looked up to for years. I have featured in newspapers and magazines that I grew up reading. It is only as I write this that I can truly sit back and take in all that I have achieved, and I can actually say that I am so proud of myself.<br />

<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
When we welcomed our son into the world, I was so terrified of whether I would be a good Mum, whether I would be able to give Harry the life he deserved and I put myself under so much pressure that I thought having my dream career was never going to be possible. I've finally found a balance (just about) between work and home life and I am so lucky that I get to be so hands on with my boy. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I get so many messages from young girls who are pregnant or have just had a baby, sometimes out of wedlock (as dated as that sounds) and are scared as to how everything will work out. All I can say is to keep following your dreams. Instead of allowing the fact that I am a young mum put a stop to my dreams, I have used it to drive me forward, to create a better life for my family. Everything I do is for my son. He is the best motivation there is. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I can't round off the year without talking about the one person who has stood by me every step of the way, cheering me on and pushing me forward on days when I doubted myself and the whole blogging world. In June of this year, the man of my dreams stood alongside our son and asked me to be his wife. I would not be where I am today without my fiancé Paul. He believes in me more than I believe in myself, and no matter how big my goals are, he convinces me that I can do it. I am so lucky to have such a supportive person in my life and cannot wait to say 'I Do'. I am blessed to be able to share my life with such an amazing partner and incredible father to our son.<br />

<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Another high of 2015 is the amazing people I have met through my blog. I have made friends for life with women and men who have been nothing but supportive and encouraging. The Irish blogging industry has been an absolute pleasure to be involved with and I can put my hand on my heart and say I have not had one bad experience with any of the new network of people I have met this year. My blog has opened up so many doors for me both professionally and personally. I work alongside some of the most creative and inspiring people in our country who make me want to work harder and better myself in all aspects of my career.<br />

Lastly, I couldn't finish my 2015 roundup without thanking you, the amazing face behind the username who continuously reads, comments, likes, snaps and emails me in your hundreds each week, with such kind and loving words. I feel like I know you all personally and nothing puts a bigger smile on my face than when I get to meet some of you in person. It is by far my favourite part of what I do. Without all of your support I wouldn't be living this amazing life, so I am forever grateful for every single one of you.<br />

<a href="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-zNle_Eqaye0/Vl3nJfrS7nI/AAAAAAAABoM/dQZBEYfAIwE/s640/blogger-image--25743305.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-zNle_Eqaye0/Vl3nJfrS7nI/AAAAAAAABoM/dQZBEYfAIwE/s640/blogger-image--25743305.jpg" /></a></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue light" , , "helvetica" , "arial" , sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue light" , , "helvetica" , "arial" , sans-serif;">I am back today with a much requested post about how I chose Harry's new carseat. </span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The scary thing is that it feels like yesterday that I was securing him into his tiny Cabriofix on the day we left the hospital. He was so tiny and the seat just swamped him. Fast forward 10 months and his legs were dangling off the end of the seat and he just looked miles to big for it. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
It was time to move him into his "big boy" seat so I headed to Bella Baby to chose the perfect one for him. I had my eye on the Maxi Cosi Axiss after trying it out at the Pregnancy and Baby Fair earlier in the year. At the Bella Baby stand we were shown all the features of the seat, the colour ranges available and also got to try Harry in a range of seats to see how he liked them! </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
So we were happy to go with the Maxi Cosi Axiss. I loved the fact that it turns both left and right to make it easier to get your baby in and out of the car. It also helps to make sure that the straps are correctly fastened and tight enough. There is a handle on each side which is so easy to navigate and quick to secure back into the front facing position.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-CcJVXfqoej4/Vl3o2MgnkRI/AAAAAAAABog/R2FIeQDtbFI/s1600/03804edaed2efa8bce40bd711857f5567bcf3189.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-CcJVXfqoej4/Vl3o2MgnkRI/AAAAAAAABog/R2FIeQDtbFI/s320/03804edaed2efa8bce40bd711857f5567bcf3189.jpeg" width="320" /></a></div>
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
When I picked up the car seat from Bella Baby, they installed the car seat into my car for me, but also showed me how to do it myself incase we needed to change cars etc. It is very straightforward, using the three point seatbelt in the car. There is also a self-locking seatbelt tensioner to make sure the seat is as secure as possible. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
We went for the River Blue seat cover which can be removed and machine washed. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
We picked up Harry's seat a few weeks ago now and he is loving it. He loves looking out the window and being able to see us in the front of the car. He also has some great sleeps in the carseat too so I am guessing he finds it very comfortable. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">

<br /></div>

Happy Sunday everyone, and happy 1st November. Where has this year gone? Time to get cracking on the Christmas plans! </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Today was such a beautiful day in Dublin, so myself and Paul had a little break from Mom and Dad duties and headed in to the Marker Hotel in Dublin City to try out their Le Drunch menu. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
All I can say is that you HAVE to check this out for the best brunch and cocktails. From 2-5pm they have an amazing DJ playing chilled out music and the most stunning menu on offer. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
After seeing the pics below, you will most definitely be a little but hungrier and craving a feed from Le Drunch at <a href="http://www.themarkerhoteldublin.com/dining.html" target="_blank">The Marker. </a></div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
Hi ladies. I hope you've made it through Monday in one piece!! </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Following on from my "Acne Story" which I posted last week, I am continuing my journey to getting my skin into the best condition possible for our wedding. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Having cleared up my acne, the mission is now to heal my skin and tackle the dreaded scarring left behind. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I chose to put my skin in the capable hands of <a href="http://renewclinic.ie/" target="_blank">Renew Clinic</a>, based in Dublin 2 and now in Naas. Renew clinic is run by qualified nurses and doctors with years of experience behind them. There are so many local salons offering treatment for your skin, but when it comes to my face, I personally feel safest in the hands of healthcare professionals with the experience of nursing etc. behind them. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Having met with Sinead, co-owner of Renew clinic, we decided to map out a plan for the next 12 weeks. I will be having Image skin peels performed every 2 weeks with 6 treatments in total. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Today I popped along for my first one. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I was a little apprehensive as when you think of a 'peel', you think of walking out with a really red face, and having your skin flake off over the next few days. This is not the case with the peel I had. It is gentle enough on the skin that you can walk away feeling fresh faced and continue with your day, with very little down time in between. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The peel I had was the Wrinkle Lift Peel. <span style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; text-align: start;">This ultra-resurfacing glycolic & retinol treatment exfoliates dead surface skin cells, leaving skin firmer and healthier. The skin benefits of Glycolic Acid are well proven. This treatment promotes exfoliation, helps reduce surface skin oil, helps bleach unwanted skin discoloration, stimulates collagen production and visibly reduces the appearance of fine lines. This 40% Glycolic/Retinol treatment is especially made for skin that is aging, rough and uneven in skin tone, tired and dull, oily and acneic skin and acne scaring. The treatment is classed as a “Lunchtime” peel as there is no redness or downtime straight after the treatment and you can go back to work as normal.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Sinead explained everything to me as she did it. She said that the peel may sting when applied, and asked me on a scale of one to ten, how stingy it was. It never went above a 5 and was removed after 4 minutes, so it was completely bearable. I had anticipated a lot more burning and stinging. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
She then applied a mask once all of the peel was removed, to calm my skin and that was it. We were done in 30 minutes, and I was able to walk out of the clinic bare faced with no redness or irritation. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-DKHJNYhpIPQ/ViVDSRN5oWI/AAAAAAAABig/g0PxXM2wXVY/s1600/IMG_6675.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-DKHJNYhpIPQ/ViVDSRN5oWI/AAAAAAAABig/g0PxXM2wXVY/s400/IMG_6675.JPG" width="225" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I kept my skin make up and product free all day, except for some lip balm, mascara and of course my brows! </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-imM0oDdCnBA/ViVDSYycR6I/AAAAAAAABis/xjN39N8s6pY/s1600/IMG_6676.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-imM0oDdCnBA/ViVDSYycR6I/AAAAAAAABis/xjN39N8s6pY/s400/IMG_6676.JPG" width="225" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Before bed tonight, I will be using my 'Post Treatment Healing Kit' </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
This contains all the skincare I need for the next week, for both morning and evening. It is very important not to use anything other than what is advised by the clinic, as your skin really needs to heal in the right way. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/--3Z-npmszDo/ViVEQo0AcsI/AAAAAAAABjA/2Obzazjqs_0/s1600/IMG_6686.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/--3Z-npmszDo/ViVEQo0AcsI/AAAAAAAABjA/2Obzazjqs_0/s400/IMG_6686.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Hlg-xhft1nA/ViVEQxFkMII/AAAAAAAABjE/CHwLBC4SRe4/s1600/IMG_6688.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Hlg-xhft1nA/ViVEQxFkMII/AAAAAAAABjE/CHwLBC4SRe4/s400/IMG_6688.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I am beyond impressed with how my skin feels today. It should dry out a little over the next few days as it heals and repairs, but I have everything I need to keep my skin hydrated and comfortable over the next two weeks, until my next peel. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: center;">
<br />
The treatment is €85 and includes your post-treatment kit. Renew clinic offer FREE consultations so be sure to check them out if you are interested. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I hope I have given you as much info as possible, but if there is anything I haven't covered please let me know and I can answer any other questions you may have.<br />

<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-WLWw6nMxFKI/VhqqtJPm5lI/AAAAAAAABh0/bVPo40UVTm8/s1600/IMG_5936.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-WLWw6nMxFKI/VhqqtJPm5lI/AAAAAAAABh0/bVPo40UVTm8/s1600/IMG_5936.JPG" /></a></div>
<br />
Since talking openly about suffering from acne a few years ago, I have been asked multiple times a week to do a blog post about how I managed to clear up my acne, and how I deal with the dreaded scarring that many people are left with. Today, I am going yo tackle my acne story and will follow up with more skincare posts about my scarring and how I am treating that. The photo above is make up vs bare face...something I could never have posted a few years ago.<br />
<br />
I had pretty normal skin as a young teenager, getting the odd breakout here and there from hormones or bad eating, but generally my skin was fine. It was only in my late teens that I began to suffer badly from acne.<br />
<br />
What began as a hormonal breakout evolved into full blown acne in a matter of weeks. It was only ever on my face, never spreading to my neck or body, but as a young girl, it bothered me terribly.<br />
<br />
Luckily, I was a makeup fan from a young age so was able to begin covering up my acne, but that wasn't helping the situation, and it began to get worse and worse over time. My skin used to be aching, feeling bruised and sensitive to touch. I went to my GP who firstly put me on Dianette, the hormonal contraceptive pill which was meant to be good for clearing up bad skin. Although this did help temporarily, it sent my moods into a crazy spin. I was angry, short tempered and very emotional all the time and knew I couldn't continue the treatment as it just wasn't agreeing with me.<br />
<br />
I went back to my GP and was prescribed Minocin tablets to treat my skin. I stayed on them for about a year and I did see an improvement, but like before, it didn't clear it completely. Eventually they stopped working altogether.<br />
<br />
In the mean time I had been trying every topical treatment recommended, including Zyneryt and many other cleansers and creams, all of which did nothing but irritate my skin further.<br />
I got to the point where I felt like nothing was every going to work for me, and that I would just have to live with itnand learn to cover it as best I could.<br />
<br />
And thats what I did for a few months. I mastered the art of disguise and spent hours carefully applying camouflaging make up, in hopes of the problem just going away.<br />
<br />
It was actually my mum who eventually sat me down and said enough was enough, and that I needed to see a skin specialist. My GP referred me to an amazing Dermatologist who was based in the Beacon Clinic, Dr. Sharareh Ahmadi.<br />
<br />
I was given an appointment to see Dr. Ahmadi and went along hoping she had the answer. When I met her, my confidence was on the floor. I was fine when I had my 'mask' on, but once she asked me to remove my make up I broke down in tears. I felt so vulnerable, so ashamed that anyone had to look at my skin that way, and so down. We had a chat about what I had already tried and what treatments were left.<br />
<br />
She then spoke to me about Roacutane. I heard so many horror stories about this drug and initially said no to ever trying it. The link to depression and suicide was all too much for me, and I just felt that it wasn't worth the risk just to get my skin clear.<br />
However, after going home and researching everything there was to know about the drug and talking it through with my family, I decided that as long as I was in the safe care of Dr. Ahmadi, I would give it a go.<br />
<br />
There are so many criteria that your doctor has to consider before they will prescribe you with Roacutane, but luckily I was the right candidate for it so we began the course of treatment. I had to return to my Dermatologist every 4 weeks to do a pregnancy test, have my bloods taken and to have an assessment on how I was feeling mentally. The reason or the pregnancy test was because if you were to fall pregnant while taking the drug, it would cause severe and life threatening complications for the baby. It was drilled into my head from my Dermatologist and also from the chemist every time I went to pick up my medicine.<br />
<br />
The blood tests were to determine wether your liver was being affected or damaged as Roacutane is such a strong drug. Also, you are not allowed to drink alcohol whilst taking this drug for the same reason.<br />
<br />
I was on a dose of 10mg for 6 months and by the end of the 3rd month I started to see a huge improvement to my skin. By the end of the sixth month I had totally clear skin or the first time in years.. I couldn't believe I was looking in the mirror at my bare face and not totally disgusted or horrified. My skin was flawless, bar the odd scar left on my cheeks.<br />
<br />
People talk a lot about the side effects of talking Roacutane, but I am lucky to say I didn't experience any. The only thing I noticed was my skin was a lot drier which was totally expected, and I was given lots of Image Skincare products to help me out.<br />
<br />
Everyone's skin is different, and what has worked for me may not work for others. If you are suffering from acne right now, please talk to your GP before trying anything that I have mentioned above.<br />
<br />
I have had clear skin ever since my treatment finished, and only every get the odd breakout from alcohol, bad food or hormones. These tend to last 2/3 days and are not painful at all.<br />
I was not sponsored to talk about any products or services mentioned in this post, but if it helps even one person who is suffering then it was worth sharing my story.<br />
<br />
Lots of Love,<br />

<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-2q-a5-yYIOI/VhLAkEJVmdI/AAAAAAAABgA/9OFw52E88aI/s1600/IMG_6411.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-2q-a5-yYIOI/VhLAkEJVmdI/AAAAAAAABgA/9OFw52E88aI/s320/IMG_6411.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I am back with a skincare review for you all. Some of you may have seen from my Snapchat a few months ago, that I popped into Renew Aesthetic Clinic in Dublin for a consultation about my skin. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
As I am in the process of planning our wedding, one of my main aims was to spend the next year getting my skin into the best condition possible, especially as we plan on getting married abroad, so a heavy foundation just won't cut it.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Renew Clinic has been running for 10 years in Dublin and for the past 2 years in Naas. It is run by highly qualified doctors and nurses with years of experience, so you are guaranteed to be in safe hands. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
As some of you know, I suffered from acne for a few years in my late teens, so have been left with some scarring on my cheeks. I had a meeting with the amazing staff at Renew and discussed what would be the best course of treatments to repair my skin and have it looking its best. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
When I was attending my Dermatologist for acne treatments, she recommended the Image skincare range, and had me using the Salicylic acid products to dry out my skin and clear up the active acne. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
As Image was recommended by a qualified dermatologist, I knew it must be good. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
After having a consultation with Sinead Gallagher, co owner of Renew, we mapped out a treatment plan for the next few months. Of course, I will be taking you all on the journey with me, from start to finish. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The first step was to start prepping my skin with some "at home" treatments, before trying any stronger treatments. </div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-hDEeSX5ooM4/VhLAnwKhpdI/AAAAAAAABgo/xnB89t9kM0s/s1600/IMG_6417.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-hDEeSX5ooM4/VhLAnwKhpdI/AAAAAAAABgo/xnB89t9kM0s/s320/IMG_6417.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
The first product is the Image Ageless Glycolic Cleanser. The glycolic acid in this cleanser gentley exfoliates and helps to resurface the skin. I began using this every second day for the first week, then moving to every day, and I am now using it twice a day. It takes a little while for your skin to adapt to it as there is a high level of glycolic acid in it, but over time your skin will get used to it. I tend to remove my make up first using micellar water, and just use this cleanser to clean and exfoliate the skin. </div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-xroclaPqna4/VhLAqJ4gnmI/AAAAAAAABg8/-rkHfzlOiBM/s1600/IMG_6422.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-xroclaPqna4/VhLAqJ4gnmI/AAAAAAAABg8/-rkHfzlOiBM/s320/IMG_6422.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
The next product that was recommended for me was the Image MD Reconstructive Repair Cream. This is a very string cream, containing high levels of retinol, glycolic acid and oil soluble Vitamin C to resurface and rejuvenate the skin. I had to use this very sparingly as it is so much stronger than anything you get in your local pharmacy. It smells lovely, and is light on the skin. This is like having a professional treatment done in the comfort of your own home. Again, I used this every third day to begin with and built it up. </div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-ngEroxUYBlk/VhLArcSCYUI/AAAAAAAABhM/iaFocqe9LN8/s1600/IMG_6424.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-ngEroxUYBlk/VhLArcSCYUI/AAAAAAAABhM/iaFocqe9LN8/s320/IMG_6424.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The last product is the Image Prevention Daily Matte Oil Free Moisturiser SPF 32. I am sure you all know how important sun protection is. Even in cloudy Ireland, the rays are still present and can cause serious skin damage and ageing. This one is perfect to wear every day, under your make up. When using the strong products that I have mentioned, your skin is even more sensitive to the sun's rays, so being vigilant with sun protection is key. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I have been using these products for nearly two months now, as I wanted to really test them out and see if they were worth it. I have really noticed a difference in my skin texture, and the surface of my skin is becoming a lot smoother to touch. One thing I will say is that when I began using them, my skin broke out just a little as it adapted to the new products being used. This settled down after the first week. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
If you are looking for top quality products that will change the appearance of your skin, then Image is definitely a brand I would look into.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
You can head to <a href="http://www.renewclinic.ie/">www.RenewClinic.ie</a> to find out more information about the range, and be sure to keep up to date with my upcoming treatments on my blog. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Happy Monday, </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Lots of Love,</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-wR_NxZwcfxY/Vfb_ZdC6JvI/AAAAAAAABeU/-RqvhurBvsA/s1600/kylie-jenner-nip-fab-main.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="251" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-wR_NxZwcfxY/Vfb_ZdC6JvI/AAAAAAAABeU/-RqvhurBvsA/s400/kylie-jenner-nip-fab-main.jpg" width="400"></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br></div>
I have heard a lot about the Nip+Fab products but had never tried any of the range until about two months ago when I was kindly sent some of the glycolic range to try out. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
As some of you know, I suffered from acne in my early 20's, and although my skin has been clear for a year or so now, I am still left with the scarring that comes with acne. The scarring is red and uneven, and I am always looking for a product that smoothes out the appearance of my skin.<br>
<br>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-7oC8j3iKiN4/Vfb_mMBHZ3I/AAAAAAAABek/SM-PTziZxTE/s1600/IMG_5953.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-7oC8j3iKiN4/Vfb_mMBHZ3I/AAAAAAAABek/SM-PTziZxTE/s320/IMG_5953.jpg" width="320"></a></div>
<br>
The first product that I tried from the Nip+Fab range is the Deep Cleansing Fix. What I love about this cleanser is how it can be used in a few different ways. It melts away make up and deeply cleanses your pores, while the almond oil smoothes out the skin.<br>
<br>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-weEWMPr-kRU/Vfb_mB8HIEI/AAAAAAAABes/tji2p14UZBo/s1600/IMG_5955.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-weEWMPr-kRU/Vfb_mB8HIEI/AAAAAAAABes/tji2p14UZBo/s320/IMG_5955.jpg" width="320"></a></div>
<br>
You can smell the tea tree in it the minute you open up the tub, which leaves a fresh and tingly feeling on the skin. As well as removing make up, you can also use this cleanser as a 10 minute face mask, to help deeply cleanse and exfoliate your skin.<br>
<br>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-baawqjJDIqk/Vfb_mOfCUkI/AAAAAAAABeo/h5aRwi-7wRo/s1600/IMG_5954.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-baawqjJDIqk/Vfb_mOfCUkI/AAAAAAAABeo/h5aRwi-7wRo/s320/IMG_5954.jpg" width="320"></a></div>
<br>
You can also leave a thin layer of this on your skin as an overnight hydrating mask.<br>
I use this mainly to remove my make up, and use a muslin cloth to add extra exfoliation.<br>
A little goes a long way, so this one is great value for money, retailing at €9.95 and can be purchased <a href="http://www.brandavenuebeauty.com/cleansers/nip-fab-deep-cleansing-fix" target="_blank">HERE</a><br>
<br>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-_QQKLAS2q6E/Vfb_nHhXajI/AAAAAAAABfA/qXl859ZvfCw/s1600/IMG_5956.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-_QQKLAS2q6E/Vfb_nHhXajI/AAAAAAAABfA/qXl859ZvfCw/s320/IMG_5956.jpg" width="320"></a></div>
<br>
The next product I have been testing out is the Glycolic Fix Serum. Having worked in the beauty industry for over 5 years, I know how affective glycolic acid is on the skin, when used correctly. The AHA's are able to penetrate the skin deeply, making it most effective for treating fine lines, acne, blackheads and oiliness.<br>
<br>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-kbgoE-_ukAQ/Vfb_9aOPIII/AAAAAAAABfM/2uylT-WCdbE/s1600/IMG_5957.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-kbgoE-_ukAQ/Vfb_9aOPIII/AAAAAAAABfM/2uylT-WCdbE/s320/IMG_5957.jpg" width="320"></a></div>
<br>
There is 4% glycolic acid in this serum, so it is safe to use at home. I found a huge difference in the appearance of my pores around my nose and chin. There is a lovely tightening effect, and the pores are visibly smaller. This one retails at €13.95 and can be purchased <a href="http://www.brandavenuebeauty.com/serum/nipfabglycolicfixserum" target="_blank">HERE</a><br>
<br>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-qs0RX8XeilQ/VfcAEawE2SI/AAAAAAAABfU/1sZXnL75LFU/s1600/IMG_5958.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-qs0RX8XeilQ/VfcAEawE2SI/AAAAAAAABfU/1sZXnL75LFU/s320/IMG_5958.jpg" width="320"></a></div>
<br>
The last Nip+Fab product I have been loving are the Glycolic Fix Exfoliating Pads. They also contains a lower level of glycolic acid (2.8%) and are made to resurface and retexture the skin.<br>
<br>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-ryinkYYxtZQ/VfcAMBhiuGI/AAAAAAAABfc/HZdtH63lzTI/s1600/IMG_5960.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-ryinkYYxtZQ/VfcAMBhiuGI/AAAAAAAABfc/HZdtH63lzTI/s320/IMG_5960.jpg" width="320"></a></div>
<br>
I have been using these as my toner in my skincare regime and love them. Super easy and quick to use. They retail for €14.99 and can be purchased <a href="http://www.brandavenuebeauty.com/exfoliants-scrubs/nip-and-fab-glycolic-fix-exfoliating-facial-pads" target="_blank">HERE </a><br>
<br>
You can pick up the full range of NIP+FAB products from Sam McCauleys chemists, McCabes Pharmacies nationwide and from www.BrandAvenueBeauty.com <br>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both;">
<a href="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-toGf29D4QeI/VdODYLKuuHI/AAAAAAAABdw/MrUkJtxt1MI/s640/blogger-image--1619330405.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-toGf29D4QeI/VdODYLKuuHI/AAAAAAAABdw/MrUkJtxt1MI/s640/blogger-image--1619330405.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both;">
<br /></div>
I am back with another baby post today, and this time it is my review of the Stoke Xplory buggy from Bella Baby. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
When I was pregnant with Harry, this was the buggy I dreamed of having. I always spotted celebrities in the magazines and online with this buggy and just loved the fact it was different to any other buggy out there. I will be honest, I based my love for the Xplory all on looks, and never considered whether it would be practical or not. However, at the time, I decided to go with a much cheaper brand and thought I would invest into one down the line when I knew what I was looking for from my buggy. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Well, I learnt the hard way that you get what you pay for in life. I bought a pretty inexpensive buggy, in comparison to the average cost of buggies, and can safely say, it just didn't last. Harry was only in it a few months when the handles started to come away, and the steering of it became very stiff and hard to manage. For the price we paid, it did its job, but it was time to get a new buggy and what better one to look at then my "Ultimate Dream Buggy" the Stokke Xplory.<br />
<br /></div>

<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I picked mine up from Bella Baby. When my sister was preparing for the arrival of my niece, she got everything in Bella Baby and found them so helpful and easy to order from so it was the obvious choice. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I have been using the Stoke Xplory for a few weeks now and I absolutely adore it. I actually look forward to taking Harry out in it, as he is so high up and close to me. It is so easy to interact with him when we are out and about, which is something he loves at 8 months old. He's a nosey little boy so loves being able to be involved in everything we are up to. It is also very easy to get in and out of the car. We live in an apartment but I do not find the Xplory bulky at all, and only ever fold it down when I am taking it in the car. All of the white buttons on the buggy are "action" buttons, so it is easy to follow when taking it down. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I love the handle on the Xplory, and find it so easy to push with one hand, which is exactly what I need when I am out and need to take a phone call. The Xplory can face inwards or can be turned to face outwards when Harry gets a little bigger. The foot rest is also fully adjustable, so this too grows with your child. There is a 5 point harness system so no risk of him managing to get his arms out of the straps. The handle is also adjustable in height and can be folded right down so that you can put the buggy right into the table of a restaurant, meaning there is no need for a highchair. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
It can also lie back so that Harry can sleep, which is essential if you are on the go and your little one needs a nap.The hood part of the Xplory has a sun visor and really keeps your baby protected from the UV rays. It can also zip back to allow some ventilation on the hotter days.<br />
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<div class="separator" style="clear: both;">
<a href="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-qClBJLCJ3L0/VdODZoLiPRI/AAAAAAAABd4/Kpw8rcTzKok/s640/blogger-image-712421589.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-qClBJLCJ3L0/VdODZoLiPRI/AAAAAAAABd4/Kpw8rcTzKok/s640/blogger-image-712421589.jpg" /></a></div>
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
One of the things I was worried about when I first looked at the Xplory, was the fact there there was no visible basket on the bottom, which is a must if you are trying to do the shopping with your little one. However, the Xplory comes with a front basket disguised as a shopper bag, and fits everything you could possibly need to carry. I have never been stuck for space with it. I also picked up the matching changing bag, which clips on with two hooks, underneath the buggy and out of the way. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
My verdict on this buggy is that is 100% worth investing in. I love how stylish yet practical it is, and is super for city living. I am yet to find any fault with the Xplory and regret not picking this up from day one. There are so many accessories you can add to the Xplory, including a drinks holder, umbrella for the sun, winter kits and summer kits. They are all available from <a href="http://www.bellababy.ie/" target="_blank">www.BellaBaby.ie </a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The service I had at Bella Baby was second to none, and I will definitely be returning to pick up more things for Harry as he develops.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
If you have any more questions on the Stoke Xplory please leave them below. </div>

<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-JhQuIo-Sf8w/VdI69ViMKgI/AAAAAAAABdY/EP9_xJGilu8/s1600/fitness-motivation-quote-6.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="319" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-JhQuIo-Sf8w/VdI69ViMKgI/AAAAAAAABdY/EP9_xJGilu8/s320/fitness-motivation-quote-6.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Two weeks in and I have never felt better! Both my body and mind are really benefiting from the change in diet and exercise regime. I had three training sessions last week with Jessi, and really felt like she worked every single muscle in my body.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The first session last week was all upper body and core work. We used free weights and really worked my shoulders hard, in order to gain some extra muscles as explained in my last post.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
We also did lots of planking and core work to focus on getting that super toned tummy.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The next session was focusing on my lower body. Squats, squats and more squats!! I also want really nicely denied calf muscles so we did lots of calf raises to add extra definition. Lunges were also the order of the day, and again, we also incorporated core work into the training session. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Our last session of the week focused on my chest and back. I am a huge lover of backless dresses and tops, and with my wedding to work towards, I really want a nice sculpted back. My body definitely hurt in places I didn't know were possible to hurt the next day. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
My diest suffered a little last week as I had a hectic working week, from back to back meetings, to two photoshoots on Thursday and Friday. I tried to be as prepared as possible, but by the end of the week I did pop out for dinner with Paul and have a pasta dish!! (Don't tell Jessi!)</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
As I mentioned in my last post, Jessi from BikiniBody.ie runs an 8 week online training programme, and this is the last week to sign up for the next course. <span style="background-color: white; font-family: Cantarell; line-height: 18px;">This includes your full training programme, diet plan, shopping list and recipes, 24/7 access to Jessi for nutritional and training advice, plus you are also added to a Facebook group with others who are all doing the challenge too.</span><span style="background-color: white; font-family: Cantarell; line-height: 18px;"> </span></div>

<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: Cantarell;"><span style="line-height: 18px;">Before I sign off for another week, I decided to include a quick recipe for the Peri Peri chicken salad I made for dinner this evening. </span></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I don't know if putting a salad together can be classed as a recipe but a lot of you have asked so here it is - </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-0IfX3yejW8c/VdI6p7HZA3I/AAAAAAAABdQ/D9EvqmzBepo/s1600/IMG_5207.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-0IfX3yejW8c/VdI6p7HZA3I/AAAAAAAABdQ/D9EvqmzBepo/s320/IMG_5207.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
- Chicken Breast stir fried in coconut oil with The Food Chef "Peri Peri" seasoning (available from <a href="http://www.bodyfirst.ie/">www.Bodyfirst.ie</a>)</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
- red/green peppers and baby corn thrown into stir fry for the last few minutes</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
- Served on a salad of spinach, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, spring onion and beetroot. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
- Served with a sprinkling of walnuts and some cider vinegar</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
PS. It was DELICIOUS! </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">

Until next week....</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-a31wNhk1NMA/VcZULWmqt_I/AAAAAAAABa4/Sr3VS1op3nY/s1600/IMG_4872.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-a31wNhk1NMA/VcZULWmqt_I/AAAAAAAABa4/Sr3VS1op3nY/s320/IMG_4872.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
So here I am, having survived a week without sugar!! I never thought I would ever be able to say that. Today marks the end of my first week on my new healthy lifestyle change, and training with Jessi Kavanagh. I have to say, I am already feeling the changes of the new diet and intense workouts.<br />
I have trained twice with Jessi this week, both sessions lasting 30 minutes each.<br />
<br />
<b><u>Session 1</u></b><br />
<b><u><br /></u></b>
On our first session we trained the upper body and did some gentle tummy exercises. Jessi does not want to start out with intense tummy crunches as she wants to make sure my tummy muscles are ready for that, after giving birth to my son 7 months ago. <br />
She also explained to me, that in order to get results from a 30 minute workout, there would not be room for breaks and the 30 minutes would be back to back training, to get the most out of your time. I was nervous about my first training session, as I have never worked with a personal trainer before, and it is not like a fitness class that you can just hide at the back hoping the trainer won't see you slacking!! She was so attentive to everything, and watched every part of my body as I did the workout, making sure everything was being executed correctly and that my posture was correct.<br />
The first session went in so quickly, and before I knew it, we were done. That does not mean I wasn't exhausted!! We also did some burpees and jumping jacks at intervals to get my heart rate up so I was out of breath and sweating by the end of the session.<br />
<br />
<b><u>Session 2</u></b><br />
<b><u><br /></u></b>
The following day, Jessi was back to train my lower body. I woke up with a very sore and tight upper body so was glad to give that a little rest and work on my lower half. We focused on squatting, lunges and calf raises, as well as planking and more core work. This session really knocked it out of me, but again, the 30 minutes was done before I even had a chance to check the time.<br />
<br />
<b><u>Diet</u></b><br />
<b><u><br /></u></b>
Now for the diet. I always knew that this would personally be my biggest challenge, as I needed to completely overhaul my eating habits. As I explained before, I was surviving on sugar and caffeine, and that all ended this week. I got rid of anything that I was not allowed to have from the house, so there was no temptation, and stocked up on all the healthy grub Jessi had planned out for me. My fridge has never looked so colourful with all the lovely fruit and veg I have picked up. One thing I can say about this programme, is that I have not felt hungry even once. In fact, I struggle to eat everything that is on my diet plan sometimes, as there is so much choice, and you are eating every 3 hours. I have definitely noticed a difference in my tummy, and it is certainly not as bloated from cutting out bread and sugar. I will admit, the detox from sugar has been hard, and I have been feeling a little tired and have had a few headaches but I am confident that will go once my body adjusts to this new lifestyle. I have increased my water intake dramatically and definitely feel better for it. The first few days, I was in the loo every five minutes but again, that is starting to settle down.<br />
<br />
<b><u>Supplements</u></b><br />
<b><u><br /></u></b>
I also popped out to Bodyfirst Nutrition in Clontarf to stock up on some supplements to help me with my training. I think there is sometimes the impression that unless you want to be ripped with huge muscles, then you shouldn't be taking protein but that is not the case (So I am told, I am clueless about this kind of thing!!) If you cannot get to their stores, you can shop online at <a href="http://www.bodyfirst.ie/">www.Bodyfirst.ie</a><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-CyHBiK-hvAg/VcZUYeTQczI/AAAAAAAABbA/k6Z9rLi2g1c/s1600/IMG_4910.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-CyHBiK-hvAg/VcZUYeTQczI/AAAAAAAABbA/k6Z9rLi2g1c/s320/IMG_4910.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
First thing I picked up was the BSN Syntha-6 Edge protein in the Chocolate Milkshake flavour and OH MY GOODNESS... it is so tasty! I actually look forward to drinking this!<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-TqlpH3zEWSg/VcZUZkbiivI/AAAAAAAABbU/-8nussXuoh8/s1600/IMG_4990.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-TqlpH3zEWSg/VcZUZkbiivI/AAAAAAAABbU/-8nussXuoh8/s320/IMG_4990.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
The next thing I picked up is the F.K.D Pre workout in Kola Krush. This is for taking before my training to give me that energy boost I need to work harder. It smells like cola bottles, but I am yet to try it out. I will report back in next weeks post when I have given this a go.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-pVZRgPr-yDs/VcZUZNURHMI/AAAAAAAABbw/KsCwmUi3HrE/s1600/IMG_4988.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-pVZRgPr-yDs/VcZUZNURHMI/AAAAAAAABbw/KsCwmUi3HrE/s320/IMG_4988.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
While I was squatting, I noticed that my knees were clicking so Jessi recommended picking up some fish oils to help my joints. I am taking these Optimum Nutrition Fish Oil softgels with every meal, so I am hoping they will make a difference.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-b20kQC8HeX8/VcZUZ9ZS5FI/AAAAAAAABbk/1LPd1zAUEQY/s1600/IMG_4991.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-b20kQC8HeX8/VcZUZ9ZS5FI/AAAAAAAABbk/1LPd1zAUEQY/s320/IMG_4991.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
While I was chatting to the guys at Bodyfirst, I was telling them how I was stuck with what I was going to cook my chicken with, as I find plain chicken super boring. I picked up two seasonings from The Gym Chef Food Company. I have tried them both and the smallest amount really does go a long way.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-FWOzfy3vXOY/VcZUaEVQpfI/AAAAAAAABbs/IwjrjK2TQJk/s1600/IMG_4992.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-FWOzfy3vXOY/VcZUaEVQpfI/AAAAAAAABbs/IwjrjK2TQJk/s320/IMG_4992.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
Lastly I have been trying out the Quest bars as a little treat, and so far so good. I love the mint chocolate one (hence why there is none to photograph!!) Looking forward to trying out the rest of the flavours too.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-WHG3x7MKVG0/VcZUa-oh8VI/AAAAAAAABb4/d3dMR-0ypRk/s1600/IMG_4994.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-WHG3x7MKVG0/VcZUa-oh8VI/AAAAAAAABb4/d3dMR-0ypRk/s320/IMG_4994.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both;">
<br /></div>
So that's it guys. That is the end of week one, and I am so happy to be on a new journey to a fitter, healthier me. Check back in next week to see how I get on with my second week of training. If you are looking to get fit, but are not in the position to have Jessi come to your house every week, she also has an online 8 Week Bikini Body Challenge which you can do from ANYWHERE in the world! This includes your full training programme, diet plan, shopping list and recipes, 24/7 access to Jessi for nutritional and training advice, plus you are also added to a Facebook group with others who are all doing the challenge too. This is a great way to keep motivated and share your progress and tips with other participants. For more info on this, head over to <a href="http://www.bikinibody.ie/">www.BikiniBody.ie</a><br />
<br />
Lots of love,<br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Hi Everyone. I hope you all had an amazing Bank Holiday weekend, and for those of you who were out, I hope the hangover is easing. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
As I mentioned before, today was the day that I began my new journey to being a fitter, healthier me. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
As you may know, myself and Paul got engaged a few weeks ago now, and for me, this was the kick I needed to actually look at my diet and see where I am going wrong. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Don't get me wrong, I am happy with my body and I have luckily bounced back into the same shape I was in before I had my son, 7 months ago now. However, just because someone is naturally slim, does not automatically mean that they are necessarily healthy or fit. I have always gotten away with eating what I want and my body staying the same, but this has also lead to very bad eating habits. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
This is where Jessi Kavanagh comes in. Jessi has been a personal trainer and nutritionist for over 10 years and really knows her stuff. She is going to be training me 3 days a week for the next 8 weeks. The amazing thing about Jessi's workouts is that it is in my house, and for 30 minutes a session. This is so doable with a baby and leaves me with no excuses not to work hard. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Jessi popped over to my house this morning to go through my assessment day. Initially, I was nervous as to what was involved and what I would need to do. Jessi reassured me that the assessment was all about setting out my goals and getting ourselves a starting point to work from. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/---DGfDYB9iM/Vb-4iwdCmVI/AAAAAAAABao/a29evZ_KTKo/s1600/healthy-quote-1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="246" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/---DGfDYB9iM/Vb-4iwdCmVI/AAAAAAAABao/a29evZ_KTKo/s320/healthy-quote-1.jpg" width="320"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The first thing we talked about was how I felt my body was since having my son, and how I thought my pregnancy changed my body. For me, I did not see much difference in my body after I had Harry, as I bounced back to my original shape pretty quickly due to my fast metabolism (which I have my Dad to thank for!) However, I felt that I really wanted to focus on my tummy, bum and arms. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I explained to Jessi that although I wanted abs, I did not want anything too muscular, as I am very petite and want to stay quiet lean but not bulky if that make sense. I want to flatten out my tummy, and bring my waist in as much as I can. Jessi also explained to me that as I am petite, by adding a little muscle to my shoulders, this would automatically make my waist appear even tinier. I also wanted to target my arms. I have very slim arms but wanted a bit more tone to them, again without adding too much bulk. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The last area for me was my lower body. Although the HUGE bum is so on trend right now, for me, this is not the goal. As I have mentioned, I am petite and have a small frame and small chest, so having a huge bubble butt just wouldn't look right. So the aim with my bum is to lift and shape it, while growing it slightly. With regards to my legs, I want to keep them toned and build on my calf muscles. Jessi took note of everything that I wanted to change or alter and will use this to plan out my weekly workouts. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
We then moved on to measurements, as this is the best way to really tell if you are getting results. She measured my hips, waist and tummy area. She also weighed me. Unfortunately, I am under weight for my height, weighing in at 48.3KG (106lbs) so ideally we want to increase my weight on the scales but do it the healthy way. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
This brought us on to diet. I could see the panic in Jessi's eyes when I told her what I ate on a regular day. I would generally have a bowl of rice krispies or a bagel with peanut butter for breakfast between 7-8am. I then would have a coffee and cake or chocolate at about 2/3pm and finally my dinner at 7pm. Obviously this is not enough food for one day, so by 9pm I would be starving and end up bingeing on crisps, chocolate and takeaways. I would also have a glass of red wine about three times a week, and as for water.... I don't think one glass a day is even worth mentioning. So as you can see, even though I am slim, and appear healthy, I am far from it. My poor body has been surviving on caffeine and sugar for far too long so it is time to change my unhealthy lifestyle, if not for me, then for Harry. I want to have as much energy as I can for when he begins running around, and we all know coffee and chocolate are just not going to cut it. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Jessi informed me that from now on, I will be eating 6 meals per day. I will be eating every 3 hours and upping my water intake to 2.5 litres a day, minimum. There will also be absolutely NO alcohol, which to be honest, doesn't phase me that much. I can take it or leave it. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
We then planned out what days I will be training this week and Jessi headed off to put together my full diet plan and shopping list for the week. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
As much as I am a little scared about having to change my diet completely, I know it is for my long term health, and if my body improves in appearance then that is an added bonus. My end goal is to feel fitter, healthier, happier and have more energy. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I am going to be updating you every week on my progress, and how I am finding the diet and exercise. I promise to give you an honest account, and not filter out the hard days or the bad days. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
As they say, Rome wasn't built in a day, but I have to start somewhere, and I know I am in safe hands with Jessie Kavanagh.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Please take a look at her <a href="https://www.facebook.com/Bikinibody.ie/timeline" target="_blank">Facebook</a> and <a href="https://instagram.com/jessicakav/" target="_blank">Instagram</a> for more info, and make sure to follow her for lots of healthy living tips. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I can't wait to take you along with my on my fitness journey.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Lots of love, </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">

<br />
Hello again everyone,<br />
<br />
I am back with a highly requested post about my new home office and vanity area. For anyone who doesn't follow my snapchat, Harry moved out of our room this week and I was so reluctant to let him go!! I loved having him beside me, but the time had come to get him settled into his nursery. To take my mind off things I decided to get stuck in to creating a proper home office to work from.<br />
<br />
Until now, I would just pop my laptop at the kitchen table, but there are too many distractions and I needed somewhere that inspires me and I can get stuck into working. I have not been posting enough on my blog, so the aim is to get lots more blog posts up for you all, as well as continuing with my usual Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat posting.<br />
<br />
So on to the details. Lets start with my office area.<br />
Nearly everything I bought for the office is from Ikea. It doesn't help that Ikea is about a 5 minute drive from my doorstep so I am always popping in for one thing and leaving with a whole trolley full of goodies. No matter how many times I go there, I always end up seeing things I didn't the 100 times before.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-qP5yMN4gsa4/VbFLi4r59GI/AAAAAAAABZ4/YSqqE0cQ-OU/s1600/IMG_4395.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="640" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-qP5yMN4gsa4/VbFLi4r59GI/AAAAAAAABZ4/YSqqE0cQ-OU/s640/IMG_4395.jpg" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
I will list a link below to all of the IKEA items in my desk area -<br />

All of my prints in the photo frames are just ones that I found online and printed out in my local Boots.<br />
<br />
Now on to my Vanity area. This is one of my favourite places in the house, and I always do my make up here when I am not in a rush.<br />
I have another set of the Ikea ALEX drawers here, to house all of my make up products.<br />

<br />
Cheers to the weekend ladies (Nearly!!)<br />
<br />
Lots of Love,<br />

<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-San8cn3_tjg/VaQN6SFMPxI/AAAAAAAABZM/INy749sJjXU/s1600/ROSIE4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="284" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-San8cn3_tjg/VaQN6SFMPxI/AAAAAAAABZM/INy749sJjXU/s640/ROSIE4.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Ever wondered what foundation I always wear? What my go lipstick is?</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
What way do I colour my hair? </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I get asked certain questions multiple times a day, so instead of trying to get back to everyone individually, I have decided to answer as many of these questions below. If I am missing anything then please let me know...</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<i><b>"What foundation do you wear daily?"</b></i></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Lately, my everyday foundation has been the Stila Stay All Day foundation in shade 7. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I adore this, as it give a flawless coverage but feels very light on the skin. I pick mine up from Harvey Nichols Dundrum. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><i>"What is the lipstick you wear most days?"</i></b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><i><br /></i></b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I am a huge nude lipstick fan. You will rarely see me with a strong red or dark lip, as I like to play up my eyes, so tend to keep my lips neutral. Nine times out of ten, when I am asked about my lip combo, it is NYX Cosmetics Matte lipstick in shade Nude with Stripdown lip liner from MAC Cosmetics. I wear this nearly every day and it just works for me. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><i>"How do you keep your teeth so white?"</i></b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><i><br /></i></b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I am lucky that my teeth have always been naturally quite white, but I had my teeth professionally whitened over 4 years ago now. I saw a groupon deal for laser whitening and took the chance. The woman who did it said I wouldn't see drastic results as my teeth were very white anyway, but I did notice a difference. To keep them looking white I use iWhite Instant Teeth Whitening trays, and the iWhite toothpaste. I had heard great reports about this so gave it a try and since I began using it, I have had a lot of compliments on my teeth. I use it every 3/4 days and use the toothpaste twice a day. You can pick it up <a href="http://www.iwhite,ie" target="_blank">here</a>.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><i>"What tan do you wear?"</i></b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><i><br /></i></b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I have been wearing one tan and one tan only, for over two years now. That is, Cocoa Brown One Hour tanning mousse in the dark shade. I apply my tan twice a week, and never go without it. I used it throughout my whole pregnancy and just can't fault it. And yes, for a darker finish, I apply mine at night and sleep with it on, washing it off the next morning. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><i>"Where do you get your colour done and are they highlights?"</i></b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><i><br /></i></b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I have been getting my hair done in Zero One Salon in Greystones since January, and it is definitely the best place I have ever had my colour done. I also have Great Lengths extensions applied here too, and love them. My colour is highlights, but as I am naturally very fair haired, they come up very blonde. I used to have a low light through my hair (just a slightly darker blonde) but didn't have that done the last time. I get a full head done once a year, and then just a half head of highlights in between. As my hair is so blonde naturally, I can get a few months out of my regrowth. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><i>"Where did you get all of your Nike runners?"</i></b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><i><br /></i></b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
My collection of Nikes is growing rapidly for someone who doesn't work out, but I just love them day to day while I am running around after my little boy. I have picked most of mine up from Footlocker in Blanchardstown Shopping Centre. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><i>"What is your exercise routine?"</i></b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><i><br /></i></b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
It doesn't exist, I'm afraid. I get asked to do diet and fitness posts but I can't talk about something I know nothing about. I am naturally slim, and my baby weight just came off itself. I do the odd workout at home, and do some yoga or pilates occasionally, but nothing consistent. As for my diet, I love Indian, pizza and all the bad stuff. However, Monday to Friday I do have a healthy dinner every night with Paul. Its usually chicken, beef or fish along with brown rice or sweet potato and veggies. On the weekends we tend to get a take away, and I love my chocolate like most ladies do! I know my diet could be a lot better, and that is my aim for the next few months. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><i>"When are you getting married?"</i></b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><i><br /></i></b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
As you may know, myself and Paul got engaged last month, and we have already began planning our wedding. However, for the time being, we will be keeping dates, venues and any other big details under wraps. All I can tell you at this stage is that it will be somewhere hot and sandy!!!! </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><i>"When did you start blogging?"</i></b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b><i><br /></i></b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I began blogging a few years ago but never put enough effort into it. Then, when I became pregnant with my son, I decided to document my pregnancy style and it grew from there. I am now gaining over a 100 new followers on Instagram per day, and my blog is averaging at 50,000 hits a month. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
So there you have it. This is just some of the many questions I get asked, answered. If you have any more questions, please comment below and I will do another FAQ's post down the line. </div>
